InFlood Solutions operates the InFlow Claim Forms Portal to help policyholders and authorized claim professionals prepare and complete flood-insurance claim forms.

Information we collect

We may collect claim and policy information, names, contact information, property information, form responses, signatures, initials, documents, and technical records needed to operate, secure, and audit the portal.

How we use information

We use information to prepare and deliver claim forms, communicate about incomplete forms, maintain audit records, protect the portal, provide support, and comply with legal and contractual obligations.

Text-message privacy

If a policyholder expressly agrees to receive text messages, we use the provided mobile number to send an initial secure claim-form link and no more than one reminder per day while required forms remain incomplete. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information to service providers, such as telecommunications and hosting providers, only as needed to deliver and operate the requested service, or when required by law.

Data protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. We retain information only for as long as needed for claim operations, legal requirements, security, and recordkeeping.

Your choices
