The InFlow Claim Forms Portal is provided by InFlood Solutions to facilitate the preparation and completion of flood-insurance claim forms. Use of the portal does not determine coverage, guarantee payment, alter an insurance policy, or replace any requirement imposed by the applicable policy or insurer.

SMS program

Policyholders who expressly opt in may receive transactional text messages from InFlood Solutions containing an initial secure claim-form link and no more than one reminder per day while required forms remain incomplete. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is not a condition of receiving claim-adjusting services.

Reply STOP to cancel. After a STOP request, no additional program messages will be sent unless the recipient opts in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use and security

Users must provide accurate information, use secure links only for their intended claim, and avoid sharing access links with unauthorized persons. We may restrict access when necessary to protect policyholders, claim information, or the portal.
